Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible nature of our products, including trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and hobby items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request assistance, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for review.

If we determine that the item was damaged during transit, we may, at our sole

 discretion:

  • Replace the item (if available)
  • Issue store credit
  • Assist with a carrier damage claim

Opened Products
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened trading card products, booster packs, sealed products, or collectibles.
